Parys Bow Hunting & Game

Parys with its unique fauna and flora is ideal for hunting. No where els in the Free State wil you find Bosveld conditions as in the Vredefort Dome. The bush is ideal for all species of buck like Njala, kudu and other indigenous antelope.

Livingstone Eland, The heaviest of the antelope family, these graceful animals often weigh in at over 900KG.

A mature bull carry’s a mop on his forehead and the dark blue body color is actually the skin color. Blue bulls have very little hair over their shoulders.

Being one of the very few wild antelope to have body fat, they also make exceptional table fare. When bulls walk in a relaxed manner their hooves often click.
