Repmetco was started as a family business in Parys in the Freestate in October of 1976 by Mr. J.L. Lubbe senior. |

| The business was originally bought as a scrap yard, whereafter Mr. Jan Lubbe Senior, his wife Sannie and his sons, Arrie and Pieter, started trading in metal and iron and the business grew from there. | |||||||||||||||||
| Today, after more than 30 years, and three generations later, it is still owned and managed by the Lubbe family. | |||||||||||||||||
