| History: - John James Jagger was born on the outskirts of the dusty old town, Prairie Hill, Texas on 31 December 1867 (The youngest son of 10 children). | |||||||||||||
| His passion for life and people together with his love for food inspired Jimmy to open his first diner in Texas back in 1897. | |||||||||||||
| His establishment soon became so well-known that people drove from miles away to taste and experience the great times to be had. | |||||||||||||
